CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy I understand that plans can change and illnesses can arise but please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. No-Shows will be subjected to a 75% charge of the total service cost. Fees must be paid before rescheduling. If a client has No-Shown 3 appointments they will no longer be able to pre-book an appointment without a deposit. Rescheduling: A client may absolutely reschedule an appointment, with that being said if we rescheduled more than two times you may be asked to leave a deposit. If you already have a deposit holding your appointment and you rescheduled more than two times you may be asked to leave a second deposit to hold your next appointment. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and required for new clients to book an appointment. Deposits do go towards final appointment costs. Deposit costs vary depending on the service cost. If a client has cancels or reschedules multiple appointments they may be asked to leave a deposit to hold a spot. Re-Dos If you decide that you need a little tweak in your hair from your appointment that is totally okay! I offer re-do’s within 7 days of your original appointment day. A redo must be based off the original service you received at your appointment and not something completely different. If you choose you want something completely different you will be charged for a difference service.
